Ingredients : 

  • Ground Coffee - 20 gm
  • Hot Water - 100 ml
  • Peanut Butter - 50 gm
  • Brown sugar - 20 gm
  • Ice Cube - 150 gm
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Roasted peanuts / chocolate swirl - garnish

Procedure :

  • In a cup, add ground coffee along with hot water and let brew for 5 mins
  • Strain using a sieve/muslin cloth once brewed, to get brewed coffee
  • In a blender, add ice cubes, salt, peanut butter, brewed coffee and brown sugar
  • Blend it to slush consistency
  • In a martini glass, add the slush and garnish with roasted peanuts or chocolate swirls.

  • Great beverage for vegans
  • Substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a twist
