Combine the sweetness of apple cider with the depth of the perfect cold brew coffee for a delightful combination using this recipe.

 

 

Ingredients to make an Apple Cider Cold Brew: 

For Cold Brew:

  • Ground Coffee - 20 gm

  • Cold Water - 200 ml

For Beverage:

  • Sugar Syrup / Simple Syrup - 15 ml
  • Apple Cider (with mother) - 20 ml
  • Cold Brew - 80 ml
  • Club Soda - 100 ml
  • Ice - 6 - 8 cubes
  • Apples slices (for garnish) - 2 no.

 

Procedure to make an Apple Cider Cold Brew:

  • To make cold brew, start by brewing coffee and water in a jar overnight and strain it in the morning.

  • Store the above cold brew in an airtight glass bottle/jar in the refrigerator.

  • Start the beverage by pouring apple cider and simple syrup in a glass. Stir well.

  • Add ice over it.

  • Add soda over ice.

  • Layer the drink with cold brew.

  • Garnish with thinly sliced apples.

  • Substitute soda for tonic or sparkling water

  • Brewing for 24hrs in a refrigerator makes the best cold brew
