Here, the benefits of the 'seed to cup' concept are evident for connoisseurs who can inhale the freshness of the single origin beans, sourced directly from Baarbara Estate. Customers can take home TCB’s much vaunted offerings, by choosing from between five varieties of coffee beans, each with a distinct flavour profile. Beans are customized as per the brewing method and grind.

At the café, customers can also enjoy hot and cold brews from TCB’s shade-grown beans, or choose from the classics. Every month, new innovations are offered, beguiling coffee lovers and connoisseurs alike. An extensive food menu with new introductions is the perfect accompaniment to every cup.

TCB is one of the few cafés that offers international manual brewing methods like Syphon, Pourover, French Press, Chemex, Inverted AeroPress, Cold Brews etc. There is even a Sanremo Cafe Racer espresso machine, and our highly trained baristas can make all of your coffee dreams come true with a flick of their wrists. A coffee cupping room offers a deeper look at the entire process as well as offers customers the option of buying their own brewing equipment.
